The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not bid on this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item.

All items carry a minimum 90-day warranty covering materials and workmanship, unless otherwise noted. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, improper sterilization or physical breakage due to user misuse or mishandling.
Please inspect immediately upon receipt. If shipping damage is suspected, please contact us immediately upon receipt and retain packaging for claims processing.

All Item have been biomedically tested to ensure outputs are within acceptable ranges and are in good working order and patient-ready unless otherwise noted.
IF NEW - Item is in new, unused, and unsterilized condition.
IF PREOWNED - Preowned items have been previously used and may show signs of wear attributed to routine use and sterilization. Please see listing notes for any specifics about instrument condition
RIGID SCOPES - Order with confidence. All scopes are fully lab-tested and inspected prior to listing including EndoBench testing. EndoBench measures Field of View, Angle of View, MTF (image sharpness), Coloration, Distortion. Scopes are video tested, leak/fog tested and testing of the illumination/light fiber output.
NON-STERILE - All items are shipped non-sterile, unless otherwise indicated. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that equipment is inspected and sterilized prior to patient use. Single Use items are shipped sterile
IN-DATE STERILE DISPOSABLE ITEMS - Are shipped sterile. Returns cannot be made for single use items that are opened or used.
IF EXPIRED DISPOSABLE - The item listed is an expired disposable and may be used for lab, educational, training, and non-clinical use only.

The purchaser agrees that the seller shall not be held liable for any injury or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment. The equipment described and offered here is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use.

Business Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. We aim to process all paid orders the same business day if received before the 3:00pm cut-off. Orders received after this time, or over the weekend, will process the next business day.

Please inspect immediately upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if there has been damage to the item during shipment. Please retain all packaging for claims. Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase. Sterile packaged products may be returned for credit only if in the original, unopened package.
